I recieved a call saying that they were going to throw me in jail and he told my wife, that she was going to lose, me and thousand of dollars. He said i was comiting some kind of money fraud. That i borrowed money 1,200 dollars. He told me my cell number and mailing address. When i asked if the money was transfered to an account or mailed, he got really agressive and yelled at me. I called back to talk to a supervisor and they ***g up. Called a***n, told them i would pursue legal charges a***nst them they laughed and ***g up, (the supervisor laughed and ***g up).

I recieved from some lawyer today at work saying I took out a cash advance and I need to settle now or I was going to court. I said I was getting a lawyer and he said he wouldn't elll them anything. I hate this people need to stop bothering people.

Just received a call from this number they said that I owed a company money that I did not and said they will send my case to the courthouse. Very strong foreign accent. He said he was with the American Legal Process

Man said I owed monay. Did not make sense but was very aggressive and mean. I will not tolerate these abusive phone calls!

DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS. FOREIGN VOICE BUT COMMON NAME, MIKE STONE, SAYING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

yea a indian man called me and told me that i took out a loan in march of 09 in my name. He didnt tell me how much i owe him but he was just asking me if i want to jus solve the problem on my own or legally. I told him i neva took out a loan in march and i wanna take it out legall. So he told me to get my lawyers and we'll go to court once he supinas me my papers suing me for what ever i owed him. Im glad i came on here cuz it seemed fishy to me.

they called me about i'm about to lose my whole life

I got a phone call from this company who said my social security number is blocked by the US Government. The caller had a heavy Indian accent and he threatened my life. I blocked my phone number and returned the call. I told the person who answered that I know here they are calling from and I was coming over there to cut him up into little pieces so that I could feed my pet alligator. I don't think they will call back. He said he was from the Law Investigation Department.

me too! it made me a nervious wreck! so this is all a scam? He told me that i had to go to walmart and get only a visa prepaid card and pay him or he will put me in jail and that he will have my boss's buisness terminated...telling me that I owe like $724.00 I keep track of my bills and i owe nothing of that much so i ***g up but he keeps calling my work cell  telling me my SS # and my address and my bank account number...what is up with that? I called the state police and they said there is nothing they can do cuz he a out of the country number and there is no sign of a illigal transaction. I think it's a scam with those payday loan search engines...DO NOT USE THEM!!!

a man with an india accent called and said he was an officer and that we owed money to my gas now?? we don't have a morgage....we never borrowed from this company any money, he gave us a file # and when I asked how much did we borrow the call dropped. I got a similar call from the law offices Joe Williams, Mark Johnson and Scott Bell out of PA, and this same # is different but from the same city. When He called last time,August 20, 2009 he said he was Mark Johnson, and when I tried to ask him about the debt, he told me to shut my mouth and called me a *******, and said aggressively, I am going to come over to your house and pull your dress down and "f---" you. He said this twice and ***g up. We made a police report and reported this to this number as well as the BBB. I just wanted to also make it known that the other number which is:

I received a phone call from this number and it was a man that sounded like he was from India telling me I was going to be sued and to call him right away so he can take care of it.  I have gotten calls like this before and other have said I took a loan and that I did not pay it back so the wanted all my bank info so they could get the money.  My bank said it was fraud and tried to contact them also.

i received a call stating all of the above also. I contacted our local police dept which in turn called the number and also i returned the call and my husband also called. We all 3 suggested they send me so****ing in writing stating the debt and all details. I also called my bank and got bank stmts proving no money was deposited. When i called them back and stated i had contacted the bank and the local police dept., I have not heard another word from them!

I JUST RECIEVED A VOICEMAIL FROM AN INDIAN MAN AS WELL,STATING HE WAS AN OFFICER & THAT I WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION!! HE WAS VERY THREATENING ON THE MESSAGE HE LEFT ME, HE HAD MY HOME ADDRESS, STATED HE HAD MY SOCIAL!!! HE WOULDNT GIVE ME THERE COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS OR A MANAGER TO SPEAK TO, THEN ***G UP ON ME!!I CALLED BACK & HE KEPT ****ING UP ON ME!! IF YOU FIND OUT WHO & WHAT THESE GUYS ARE ABOUT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!THANX

Got a call this morning from a guy with heavy Indian accent telling me I am part of a lawsuit from Cash Advance, (I was denied the loan).  He said I owe 1100.00 or I am going to court and owe 15000.00.  I told he I don't owe anything because I never received any money.  He then tried to say I falsified information.  I ***g up on him, and ****ed he called back yelling at me.  I asked for someone that spoke English because I don't understand him.  This mad him more irrate.  He asked "yes or no you pay $1100".  I told him no because I didn't receive any money.  Then he said he would see me in court.  After a while and resear****g the phone number and company, everyone saying it was a scam, I called it back because it is on caller id.  Same indian guy answered.  I gave him my number, then I s****ed drilling him with questions.  He told me he was Robert Miller (funny name for an Indian).  He then told me I had received the money and earlier it said I falsified information.  I asked him why his story doesn't match.  Then he told me he was a lawyer.  I asked him why lawyers are answering phones and that ****ed him off.  Finally I requested his address and he kept stumbling.  I asked him why he didn't know his address, I needed it for my lawyer and he ***g up.  We'll see if I hear anything else from him!!
