I also got a call like this . Just Voice message .No in person. Somehow my Android phone identifies as a****ential Fraud call

I received a voice mail from this number. The person said they were with the social security admin and that I should call them back so they don't issue an arrest warrant. When I called the number back, there was no directory prompting and it sounded like it was a voip connection. I didn't give my name or any information. I did ask to speak to a supervisor and the person I was speaking with became hostile.
