This number popped up with the name of the person who hacked my Walmart account

This is a con act pretending to be a police officer and be held by mobile apprehension as a scam for bail bond money for warrant due to missed jury duty.

I received a voice mail from this number. The person said they were with the social security admin and that I should call them back so they don't issue an arrest warrant. When I called the number back, there was no directory prompting and it sounded like it was a voip connection. I didn't give my name or any information. I did ask to speak to a supervisor and the person I was speaking with became hostile.

Continues to text my phone asking to buy my parents property. Was told no the first time. A few weeks went by & another text was received to “follow up” to see if they would be interested in selling yet. A***n, I responded no & asked they do not inquire a***n. No response back with either text.
