(501) 476-5400

Having received many calls from 501-476-5400 and apparently no one there, we had a discussion where it was suggested that it could be a telephone company that sells phone cards to users of their phone that could possibly be calling so that users would use up their minutes each time they have to answer and have to buy new cards. Don't know if this is the case but anything is possible and further thought is that the more they call the more you have to answer and thus use up your minutes so that when you have no more left you have to go buy some more cards. Makes sense though, doesn't it.

Ditto. Multiple calls, then it says "pls wait for a representative." They're a bill collector

Collections and Marketing Company they call at all hours.
