Message-less So has this number ever said where they are calling from or left a message? I just plan don't answer it half the time and the other half of the time I miss the call and no message is left so I don't bother calling back.

Char Someone from this number has called me twice, once on Oct. 18, 2010 at 8:18 a.m. and a***n on Oct. 22 at 8:18 a.m. asking for a person who doesn't live at my address.  When I tell them they have the wrong number they s**** asking me if I know this person and when I tell them a***n that they have the wrong number and to stop calling me, they get very belligerent.  Is there any way to make them stop calling me?

Little e This number calls me about once a week. When I pick up, no one is on the other end and after saying "Hello?" over and over a***n for about15-20 seconds the call is disconnected. I got a new phone number a couple months ago, and I imagine they are trying to reach the previous owner. How do I put a stop to the ghost calls?

ronda this number has appeared on my cell phone 4 times in 2 days. never gave out my number so didnt know who it was. never leaves a message. then i did call it back and they were wanting a "courtney wallace". first of all, i am not courtney. told the woman that and then she go very rude, saying "well what the last 4 numbers of your cell phone?" i dont call myself so it took a minute, and it was like "you dont know you own number>???" i told her i never call my self, then told her the number and it wss ok, click. 4 minutes later, the number appeared once a***n. phone info says its located in arkansas

Having received many calls from 501-476-5400 and apparently no one there, we had a discussion where it was suggested that it could be a telephone company that sells phone cards to users of their phone that could possibly be calling so that users would use up their minutes each time they have to answer and have to buy new cards. Don't know if this is the case but anything is possible and further thought is that the more they call the more you have to answer and thus use up your minutes so that when you have no more left you have to go buy some more cards. Makes sense though, doesn't it.
