This 502 200 9803 calls me at least 20 times a week

The person using this number claims to be****ociated with Publishers Clearinghouse. He promised my brother $2.2 million if my brother sent him money for taxes on the sweepstakes that he'd won. He uses the name Mark Montgomery. When I interfered with the transaction, "Mark Montgomery" left me a voicemail message laced with profanities. He said that he knew where I lived and threatened to come to my house and harm me.

A man says he is the property manager for a home I want to rent. Asking for money for a template application I filled out. He has my SSN and DL info
