Financial stimulus sales pitch

Cole I was getting calls with the same sales pitch last month, then the calls stopped. Earlier last week this phone number started calling and I didn't want to go through all the annoying calls like before but I couldn't find a way to get the calls stopped. Then I searched the prior phone number and found a comment that said he called 866-246-7196 for a do not call request service. I did so and gave the caller's and receiving phone number. They confirmed this phone number was on their list and added the receiving phone number on to the do not call request list. Within a couple of days the calls stopped.

This number along with 2 others have called my grandmother saying that they are trying to make a delivery for the life line company when she in fact HAS NOT ordered anything. They are trying to get personal info! 3 calls, 3 different numbers (the caller id said Bloomfield on one, another said Carrolton) all saying the same exact thing. PLEASE BE AWARE & MAKE OTHERS AWARE !

My experience matches everyone else's here. I've been getting these messages for years. I don't own a credit card. The phone numbers keep changing every time they call. My suspicion is that they are able to "spoof" caller ID, and mask where the call is actually originating. You can'r shake these people once they get your number, they'll follow you for life and just keep calling once in a while. Each time the caller ID will be different..Authorities don't seem to be able to do much to stop it. For all I know they don't even operate in the US

They told me it was my final notice to lower my interest rate for my visa credit card. I don't even have a visa credit card. When I mentioned the word scam the guy hung up.
