Anonymous Some kid telling me to send him 40$ don’t fall for it

Voice-mail messages left from unknown caller. Background noise sounds like a window is slightly open in a moving vehicle. I have been receiving an increasing number of calls per day, and on more days per week, from unknown telephone numbers with little to no information, such as this, since April 2019. The phone numbers rarely repeat. Leaving voice-mail messages is a new, creepy trend that began 14 or 15 months ago.

I was told this was a cell phone
