Anonymous Spam number texting me to click a link to receive a grant

I gave information about my dog to my insurance agent to get a pet insurance quote for my dog. A few days later I s****ed to get text messages from what appears to be a call center saying they are Allstate representing Em***ce Pet Insurance. The message was not from my agent. In speaking to my agent, she indicated to ignore or block the number as the people trying to contact me are not from her office. I trust my agent and knew this was not her or her staff.
