SCAM!
This was obviously someone trying to get personal information and NOT who he said he was calling for.
I received a call from this number and my caller ID showed it to be from Humana. This person then began to ask some questions and I finally stopped him and asked him who he was calling for and he told me but when I told him that it appeared that he was calling from Humana, he immediately hung up.
