Anonymous Getting prank calls

Android User Continues to call me almost daily and ****s up when i answer.

Wants to lower my interest rate on credit card- don't use them!

MO I have caller ID, I tried to call the number back, recording said not a good number. They called second day and said I have been entered into Publish House Sweepstakes. S****ed asking personal questions, age -- I was hesitant- then asked about what credit cards I used. I told him I did not like the personal questions and ***g up.

JEB So****ing about lowering interest rates on my credit cards. Just a telemarketer

I'm not sure if this is a spammer. They called me when I was at school, so I didn't get to answer. I'd like to know who it is though.
