I'm using my Toshiba warranty to fix my laptop. A girl phoned me, identifying herself as representing herself as part of those who fix the laptops. Though I already paid $260 for a warranty, she shaked me down for an additional $149 to replace my keyboard, or else, I could not have access to my warranty. Toshiba uses UPS to ship the laptops, but the funny thing is, the phone number that this Toshiba rep used is identified as a UPS phone number.
