I was looking online at houses for sale for a friend of mine yes****ay. S****ing this morning at 9:00, I got two calls 12 minutes apart from two different numbers at this mortgage company - Meritage Mortgage, which I did not answer because I didn't recognize the numbers. Just scanning through several pages of houses for sale - and somehow they knew who I was and my cell phone number! I will be calling them to tell them I resent having my privacy breached. Because I was looking at houses does NOT mean they should cold-call me!

It would seem that this person is either texting to promote **** to names and numbers from a mailing list or the number has been cloned and used illegaly.

I keep getting texts that contain links from this number. They are addressed to Terrance. I think it’s online gaming.

Susan They are Seterus, a major mortgage servicer. They generally don't sell new mortgages, so they are usually trying to contact an existing customer. They are also a highly aggressive debt collector.

Yeah they called and I answered they asked for me but I told them I was a friend and he was away so I asked what was the nature if the call and they said it was personal. They wouldnt say who they were or they wanted so too bad! How do you block these numbers?

Every day I keep getting calls from 503 270 4005. I am in Miami, FL, I have never called them, I really do not know what they want because they do not leave a message. Just now I called them back and they say they ight be a debt collector and then they ask for acct. # WHAT ACCOUNT NUMBER AM I GOING TO ENTER IF I DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE. If they left a message it might be more helpful. I never pick up my phone when I see their number on my screen.
