Cops in the family tree Looks like our stalkers “Robert and Tressa Rossi” are operating a***n. 1734 Northeast Broadway StreetPortland, OR 97232“503 280-0241”i have been a landlord for 11 years. i have no affiliation with NTN, but i probably will very soon! i have NEVER made more money via a contract/lease with a tenant than was possible as stated in that lease. HOWEVER, i have been ripped off 9 out of 10 times by my tenants VIOLATING THE LEASE by either deciding that their deposit was good for the last month's rent and they didn't have to pay that month (20%); they simply leave in the middle of the lease with no notice (40%); they quit paying but DON'T leave (40%), then use MY money as a down payment on a house or deposit for another rental property (15%); they not only make no attempt to put the property back into the condition it was when they rented minus normal wear and tear, but leave me their garbage to get rid of and/or put holes in walls and have the inability to keep their filthy hands off the walls, never clean up a spill, making a carpet's life about 3 years rather than 10 with multiple steam cleanings and scrubbings per year necessary (95%); OR, SOME COMBINATION OF THE ABOVE.Thor, if you have ever done any of the above, and i am betting you have, then you have no right to complain about ANYTHING any landlord has done to you.as far as re-running credit, it didn't cost the tenant anything and, yes, the landlord DOES have a right to know what is going on with a tenant when negotiating a lease renewal if only because things c****e. why you think that a landlord doesn't have the right to protect his income and his property a***nst a 90% chance that the tenant is going to rip him off one way or another, i'll never know, except for the probability that you wish to be allowed to continue ripping off landlords and that you have never been one. one has to****ume that your credit was re-run and the landlord (fox management? ostrom properties?) found out so****ing that you didn't want them to know. ***mer.i don't know about oregon law, but it is probably similar to texas law, where i have judgments for over $26,000 a***nst tenants in real money that they didn't pay me and i will NEVER have the possibility of collecting more than 5% of it. the laws are SO slanted for the tenants and, in this situation, other "bad guys" that a decent, law-abiding landlord doesn't have a chance to get the money out of a property that is promised him via contract.by the way, most corporations have many more than two addresses and it has nothing to do with misdirection or deception. it's called "doing business".
