Called 4 times today, haven’t answered because I suspected it was a spam caller. Thank goodness for the comments on here.

Fight Back Received almost FIFTY calls from them in the past several months (sometimes muliple per day!) They are a DISREPUTABLE collection agency that has the credibility of group of ****philes! The caller ID says Clatskanie OR 503-308-6052. (Failure to use a the TRUE caller ID with your COMPANY NAME and ACTUAL phone number is a violation of Federal and Oregon collections laws). Their message in my mail box goes so****ing like this: This message is for (no name) from the offices of Gold Star Management...You 1-800-708-2957 and when call please refer to your file number (no file number given)...etc..etc. So, I called the 800 number (from a pay phone so it costs THEM about $2.00 min per call) and asked for their full company name and the STREET address of their Statutory Agent (per to accept court summons) and they gave me a FAKE ADDRESS of: 4470 SW Hall Blvd ******ton, OR 97005 HOWEVER, according to the Oregon Secretary of State, the contact information for Gold Management is: Terry Elain HOLIHAN 14916 SW SCHOLLS FERRY RD APT 101 E ******TON,OR 97007 Does Terry Elain Holihan know she is****ociated with people that have the integrity of ****philes? Is Terry Elain Holihan a ****phile
