recording, “A payment has been released to your account but has not been accepted. A cancelled order is now pending. Press 1 to continue.”

Caller came up as Unkown and left a voice mail about loan forgiveness and said it was my last chance to lock in on a loan forgiveness program for 2017. I have student loans but have never even thought of or looked into loan forgiveness.

This is a magicjack number, a friend got it randomly. Could be a spammer, could be someone you know.
