I call the number and you get a ma****e that asks if you would to be on a no call list, so push number 1 then it ****s up.

All week this number has been calling me 5 - 10 times a day with no voice mail. I have a smartphone with Mr. Number installed so it doesn't ring just picks up and ****s up.

I request that they not call and they wont stop!!!

Calls s****ed about 3 weeks ago with two calls per day. It stopped for a few days and s****ing up a***n. I answered by mistake and did not get a response. I could tell it was an auto dialer that placed the call. Too bad there isn't a blacklist I can add them to like email.

Always calls, leaves no mesaage. Wth

I randomly s****ed getting calls from these people like 5 days ago. They call about 4-6 times a day and will not leave a message. I ignore them because I know no one from Oregon. It's incredibly annoying. I'm guessing it's some sort of telemarketing service.

Called while I was in the shower so I missed the call. Thinking it waas an employment agency aI had just spoken to, I called it back. I was thanked for the return call, I was then told If I wanted to be removed from the future offerings to press 1, so I did. I was then thanked and told it would take up to 72 hours to be removed from the list. I have been called several times since, no voice, no data, no sound at all and finally a ****-up. I've had the phone company block the number and check to make sure that no additional charges were showing up on my bill.,

I just received a call today. 1- They did not identify themself when I answered the call. 2- Did not speak English very well. 3- Finally determined the callers name was Kelly, but could not understand where and what they were about. If you can't speak clear English DON'T CALL MY PHONE!.

why in the***** can't we just be able to "block this number" on our phones ?

I just s****ed receiving a call today from this number the first time i didn't answer because it was on my minute track phone and the second time they called I answered (***) and no one said anything...Why in the***** would you call if you don't want anything or be a bother to people knowing I don't want to talk to you or even know you....Please get a life and move on...

Freaking annoying is all I have to say, I might as well c***k my phone because half the calls I get are spam...And then I got to explain to my friends why my phone is on SILENT

They call over and over and over..never leave a message and **** up when we answer. Very frustrating.

these are very persistent, obnoxious telemarketers for educational services/loans. they call and call and call and do not take you off their list when told to. when 503-468-5023 doesn't get a response, they soon call you from 516-453-5649. and back and forth they go.

Just got the same call as the others but mine said: Student Service on our Caller I.D. Very annoying because when I answered it NO ONE said anything and just ***g up. I called back and got an automated voice statinf if I would like to be placed on the Do Not Call List to please press 1 and they would not call a***n since I'm not interested in what they are offering. I did just that. So like commenter "JiBi' said - we'll see if this works! Unforunately there are MANY others that keep calling. This day and time you don't know WHO's calling you - creditors, telemarketers, politicians, sale marketers etc.... etc... etc... Sometimes I'm afraid I might be missing a call from a friend because I don't like to answer these calls and #'s that I don't know on my caller i.d. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just gets worse - never better!

These people are calling from all sorts of phone numbers, some type of school **** and they say I signed up, Well, No Way.... I am 65 years old and sure don't want to go back to school.

I just received a call from this number...they did not leave a message. I called number back - they indicated that if I didn't want any further calls from this number to select #1. We'll see if this works....
