I am on the do not call list. They call saying "this is an important message about your health insurance". Automated message. Caller: wireless caller Call Type: Telemarketer

I'm making a special trip with a crew of mine there, going to the phone company to find out who owns that number, setting them up for a meet and then they will wind up in the Nevada desert trying to breath sand as I watch it being shoveled on their breathing faces.

no one is on the other end or else will not respond if i answer have gotten 4 or 5 calls in a 2 day period - no idea who, why, what for calls and have reported to the do not call registry

Its seems really odd that ,,, when i bought a GO-PHONE,,, and its from the same place that this is calling from. INTERESTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are like that VESTA communication company. maybe they are trying to get more business the WRONG WAY!.

they call me all the time and never leave a message either. when they get caught spaming people that are on the do not call list i hope they are fined and imprisoned to the max. they always call while i am at work. im not ****** enough to put my number in for what kind of mayham will it bring me? sure as heck not the do not call list lol ive been registered for years so why do it a***n..

These people call every day it's usually twice I don't know how they got my number I wish the law could make them stop calling me I wish someone would get thier personal phone numbers and call them 1000 times a day and night

This number calls my cell phone everyday about 20 times a day. I cant block them because the have so****ing on it to not be able to save number and block. They have call me 8 times in the last 48 mins. I want this to stop .... Any Suggestions?

These people will call and in the next 2-3 minutes they will call right back. I do not answer, I just flip my phone and then shut it, and then they keep calling back. I have no idea on how to stop this.

Let me put this out there for all you complaining about getting them. My husband called 1 insurance company to see about getting health insurance for myself and him but told them that their pricing was too high as it was Blue Cross, thats when he s****ed getting these calls. So if you applying or called about insurance they sell yourtelephone number to other insurance companies. It is not a scam basically it is ******** that they did this but there is no law stopping them from selling your information. As for the amount of times they have called they need to stop. I and my husband have asked them to stop and they haven't so basically we are filing complaints with the FCC and Consumer Affiars and our state Atotorney General's office as harrassing calls. Everyone should do the same then they will move faster to stop these *****s!

Calls at all times of the day, gets to be very annoying because I cannot turn off my phone. I am on call 24/7, so that is an impossibility.

THEY CALL 3 TIMES A DAY EVERY DAY, THERE IS NEVER ANYONE ON THE LINE IF I PICK UP AND IF I DECLINE THE CALL THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.

For all of you that are asking PLZ, PLZ make them stop, well make them stop yourself. Simply call the number back after it stops ringing, follow the promps and remove your number from their caller list. You will even have the option to talk with someone after you remove your number and give them a piece of your mind if you would like.

They called me today. I have all of my calls recorded. There is a message that states their call will be recorded. All that I have to do is press ignore on my phone and then they hear the recording that their call is going to be recorded. I pressed ignore. My phone rang for about 1 ring and then they ***g up. They have called before and left a vm stating their concern for my recent complaint. I don't know what they are talking about. Nonetheless, they are afraid of being recorded. I will have to call them back and record the conversation. I am sure that when I advise them that the call is being recorded that they will **** up on me.

I am just putting this on several websites to ensure the word gets out: I just got a call today from this number even after repeated attempts to be placed on their do not call list. Now I would normally not really respond a***n, but I want to get the word out that these guys are NOT playing by the Federal Do Not Call rules. I know this because I used to run a Telemarketing room and dialer, plus had to make telemarketing lists. For those of you that think this is part of the National Do Not Call registry, it is NOT. They are trying to get you to sign up for health insurance through them. Now, I am going to list all the violations I just witnessed this morning. First (and the obvious one), they are in clear violation as they called me back after I requested to be taken off the do not call list (this was back in March when I made the request). Second thing thing they did incorrectly, the dialer took about 5 seconds to play the recorded message when a dialer is supposed to connect within 3 seconds. Third, the recording is supposed to notify you what company is calling and what they are calling for. The only thing that was mentioned was "Are you looking for health insurance or tired of paying high prices for health insurance? If so, please press 1 now." The last violation was after I pressed 1, the rep who answered the line did not give their name or did they state what company they work for. I am trying to compile all the times they have called me, but it is difficult since I had my phone automatically send these calls to voicemail until recently (an option in some cell phones). I would recommend everyone who has requested to be placed on their do not call list (by calling back the number and going through the automated system or through a live person) file a complaint to the FCC as that allows you to attach some files (screen ****s of phone to show the frequency when they called, downloaded call logs from your phone company, etc). they've been calling for over a week . At first they were auto dialing my number every 2 minutes for hours. Blocked there number then they call from another similar number.

Calls once a week. I have no idea who they are. They give a bogus option to opt out of their calls. I say bogus because, no matter how many times I opt out of receiving their calls, the calls continue. I spoke to a live soul once, but when I asked to be removed from their call list, the call was disconnected. I have not been able to get through since. I even called the communications carrier to complain, as well as, filed numerous complaints with the FCC. I encourage others to do the same, so these crazy people can be stopped.

This is an insurance scam! Only one person answers the phone and the same guy is the voice on the answering ma****e saying to leave a message or saying enter your # to be removed from call list. As soon as the # is entered for dnc, the same # or either another 503 is calling. This definitely seems like a scam the only I i get a person is when I enter a # to get an agent for a policy.

They call at least once a day, most days they call 3-4 times. I have requested to be put on the do not call list several time but they still call.

I called this number after finding six consecutive calls to my home. The automated response said it was "the DO NOT CALL registry" and that if I did not want anymore calls to hit "1" and register my number. I have already registered with DO NOT CALL and this was not it.

One way I deal with these callers I can't seem to punt, is to list them as SPAM or SCAM in my "contact" list along with their phone number and when they call me, I see SPAM OR SCAM on caller ID and know NOT to answer it!

I will just ignore this number. Is there any legal recourse that we can pursue?

When you call back, it says "to register your number on the national do not call list, press 1." The people who run the Do Not Call list (www.donotcall.gov) will NEVER call you. It even says on their website that there have been people scamming others by calling and pretending to be from the Do Not Call list. If you press 1 to put yourself on the "list," all that does is verify your number, which that company will sell to other companies, now that they know someone uses that number. Do not answer, do not call back and press 1. Just a warning. If you want to be on the Do Not Call list, Google "do not call" or go to www.donotcall.gov.

Call couple times a day, no messages left, name on phone says PAC TEL. Perhaps I didn't pay my AT&T bill... oops!

I've gotten calls from this number (and a very similar obviously related number) for weeks now. Upon answering, there is no voice, leaves no voicemail, and upon calling back you are given the option to press 1 to be removed from the list. I've done this many times and still receive calls. am also on the do not call list. Report this spammer!

Phone survey company (spam). It was the Newport Beach police****oc asking me to rate performance. Called 4 times in one day. Appears to be targeted.

They illegally called do not call numbers.

I screen my phone calls and this number has not left me a message but has called me. Not sure why? So I Googled it to see what would come up and here I am.
