This person finds woman on Instagram and Facebook and offers them money on cash app. He then tries to talk them into paying a “verification fee for cash app” by sending $50. He will ask for your cash app email and send a badly cut and pasted email “from cash app” don’t do it! I got him to send his phone number so that I could report it.

Leave no message. Called at 8:00am. Too early for solicitor to call private residence.
