This person sent creepy messages to a family member and never identified themselves. Claimed to be a "friend" but highly doubtful

Same as above comment - “saw ur number on ur profile and saw you live close to me. I think we should grab a drink, lets connect here...” with an attachment.

This was a number given as a personal number from a guy from the Tagged site. He has sent me texts from this number. I'm trying to determine if he's a scammer or not and his name doesn't come up as the owner of this number.
