This caller is not a spammer - it is a phone line for Oregon State Hospital mental health patients. Please be sensitive and try to understand their situation and their cognitive state.

The calls being made from this number are in fact from mental hospital patients. I know this because I have a family member there.

Getting called since Thursday. Asked for DJ. Keep calling until I answer it.

I didn't answer this but they had called me 3 times and its was really worrying me so i googled it and its telling me that its from a mental hospital all of these calls came in right as i showed up in Salem, Oregon also where the call was located.

I did not answer. They have called more than once at inconvenient times and have NOT left a voice message. I just returned the call, and they say, "Sorry, but your call cannot be completed."

It was a relative of mine who sadly has severe mental health issues. Being held at the Oregon State Mental Hospital in Salem.

Oregon State mental hospital, i said they had a patient that needs there phone privilege taken away, due to harassment and they hung up on me. i called back and the next lady said cannot give any information, i told her what was going on and she screamed go get help and hung up. This place needs new staff the mental patient's are running the Ward.

Evil little scammer do not answer your phone, this kind of person makes me sick.

Sparticus The text sent me a link . They knew my name and everything said we should meet up sometime said we lived close I clicked on link. It was a page for facebook hook-ups but I don't have a Facebook!!?

Clarence This is a number from inside the Oregon State mental hospital; a one way line for patients. If they're calling you, Id advise you think really carefully about people you know that might be locked in here. Many times these patients are heavily drugged and can't talk and think straight. They can only call numbers from a public phonebook or from what they can remember by heart.

GW Called and hung up at 9 pm on a work night, then called again. After the second call, left a 4 second message. "(miss pronounced my name) call me back Jesse", sounded like his mouth was full of cotton. I'm guessing the owner of the number was spoofed and used as spam. I never answered or returned the call.

Unknown Sounded threatening, wanted to know my location said my number was used to make a previous call. Would recommend hanging up and blocking. Not sure if it was spam sounded like a young man.

NJH This is an inside line from the Oregon State Hospital for patients to call out.

They said they were from the State of Oregon. When I confirmed if they where calling from the State of Oregon, she answered, "I guess." And that she was volunteering for the call. She was not very clear about the purpose of the call.
