Someone has been calling me from this number I paid for his spiritual work ( that’s what he put in his website ) I paid for it , he took my money , I did not get any help , not happy with that he’s asking for more money or in other wise he will destroy my family , I blocked him and he used other numbers and he contacted me a***n . He’s extorting me . He has pics of my family because he contacted them too . I hope you could help me with this . Thanks

The MO sounds very much like Portfolio Recovery. They are basically a collection agency trying to bamboozle people into taking responsibility for debts that are long past the statute of limitations, may even belong to relatives dead or alive, or children. They buy old paper in dumpsters from banks, etc. for pennies on the dollar and see what they can scam people for. The New York Attorney General successfully sued them for $300M in a fraud prosecution. They are ********rs plain and simple.
