Caller identified himself as Victor Hasburn stating that Publisher's Clearinghouse had opened a bank account in my husband's name at Wellsfargo Bank and deposited $6.1 million dollars as winnings from PCH sweepstakes.

She said that she was a recipient of a special, large grant of 200 thousand and wanted my info too. I was talking to another lady and she ***g up on me.
