Calls on behalf of city of New Orleans - possibly civil or tax collection depts.

Tracey This number is coming up on my caller id as "party city".  They call at least 4 times a day at all hours.  I decided to answer it yes****ay because I am unemployed and I thought that they may be calling about a job.  When I answered the phone a lady tried to  solicit so****ing to do with computers.  I told them I am not interested and asked them to pu me on their do not call list.  Today instead of 4 times they have called 6 times including one call at 7:15 this morning.  I am sure this is a scam so what do I do to stop the calls.  Oh. and by the way, I have *** cable for my phone and when I called them to block this number they wanted to charge me an extra 25 dollars per month.  I have to pay to stop harassing phone calls??  Give me a brea****!!!

Annoyed This Number called my cell phone and rung then someone picked up and said, "I would like to help you with your payday loans". I told them I dont have any, and they said ok and quickly ***g up. When I tried calling the number back it was just busy

They called me 6 times between 4 am. and 5 am.  I never answered, they never left a message.
