Rich,  my friends have also received the same text message on both their phones and they do not have Bank of the west accounts..  It is most definitely a scam

Received a call from 505-990-8516 sounded like a Filipino lady but I checked 505 area code which seems to be new mexicotrying to sell Cellphone plan Nextell or I can't remember the exact name but I asked how she got the number and she said it was from some provider (Who?) and I asked to be removed from calling listI'm from Ca***a btw
