Caller ID showed as Ca***a call. ***g up when answering ma****e picked up. I am on Do Not Call Registry, but the scam artist have found away around it. When is the FCC going to catch up with them???
I got a call from this number but they left no voice mail. My phone has a block call list built into the phone that I can edit. I added them to that list. Now when they call me I do not hear the phone ring and they just get a simulated busy signal.
I received the call offering to reduce the interst in my credit card. They asked who they were speaking with, and when I gave my name, they ***g up. I really don't like this idiots who play games on the phone.
live person said she was calling from Consumer Services to lower my interest rates on credit card. I said fine, give me a phone number so I can call you back and she said no sir I can't do that. I said don't call this number a***n. She said "since you're talking s_ _ t" I'm going to call you every day". I tried calling the phone number and recorded message says 'the number you called is not****igned".
506 is the area code for New Brunswick. I doubt they have to abide by our laws. I "pressed 1" to talk to "an agent" and the line went dead. ****! I was in the mood to have some fun with them! :o)
Called regarding my automobile warranty, but wanted to know the year, make & model of my car. I have received numerous calls from these people and have finally reported them to the do not call registry. When I attempt to ask them to take me out of their calling system they **** up on me. I guess that's their "tricky" way of being able to say I never asked them to remove my number >(
KEEPS CALLING ABOUT LAST CHANCE TO LOWER INTEREST RATE ON CREDIT CARD THAT I DO NOT HAVE!
Has called with a recorded message to pay the credit card bill and this is the last call. I do not have a credit card. I'e received this call every week for the past three weeks. Nothing is asked for ( my name, company affiliation or any personal information.) I simply **** up as I recognize the recording. I am on the "Do not call" list. I dialed *69 and received the number in the complaint. When receiving the number I was advised to press 1 and the number would be dialed. I was advised that the number was out of service. These calls usually come around 7:30PM. Once the message has been given the call goes dead so there is no response. I am not informed who is calling or asked for any information.

Today, 2/24/09, received a recorded call to "reduce my credit card interest rates". I just added it to my CONTACT list as CREDIT CARD SCAM so I will know to not answer it next time. I googled this phone # and it appears to be a major scam!!!

Today, 2/23/09, received a call to "reduce my credit card interest rates" since I am such a valued customer and I have been making timely payments. I asked what card this is for, the reply was "for your Visa/MasterCard". I said that I have more than one they'd need to be more specific... and they ***g up. I did not attempt to call the number back.
