I had thesame message pressed 1 and got a live person who asked how many credit cards I have and my intrest rates were.  He then asked for my card number and when i refused he ***g up.  What a scam.

automated call--woman said last chance to lower interest on credit cards.  pressed 1 to talk to William who when queried said was with Credit Services in Atlanta, GA (?)  said his company dealt with over 51 companies to lower int rates.  asked my int rate and balances and number of cards (said 13.6, 15k and 3 cards--he almost chortled) then asked for the 800 number on back of highest int card.  i said would go get it and put him on hold.  he only ***g on a short while.

same thing - got a call, woman's voice...don't know who they are506-228-4569

no message left; googled number & found others receiving nuisance calls from this number.  one more for the screened calls list.

I too received a call from 1-506-228-4569.  I pressed 1 and got the operator and asked who they were, and that I was on a 'do not call list'. She ***g up.I looked up and found this.  They ***g up.

I am on the National DNC and still i receive calls. I filed a complaint today in which i stated I have been called at least 20 times from this company mostly unknown numbers. There is an option to pick to remove name from call list which i have pressed many times with no avail. The pre-recorded message states "After several attempts to contact you, this is your final notice regarding your credit card interest rate".  I have found a website which more people are having the same problems with the same company. http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Calls.aspx/506/m. I don't even own a credit card. I have even spoken to a representatives and asked them to remove me but i quickly get ***g up on. They call at least once a day and I am tired of the harassment and would like it to end. Thank you!This is driving me crazy because this is my business and it takes time away from running the company.

Received phone call from 506-228-4569 today.  Caller ID displayed the name Hector Theriault.  The message on the ma****e was a woman's somewhat computerized voice telling me that they were calling regarding an offer to extend the warranty on my car and this is the last time they would be calling.I've gotten identical calls at work on two different employees' phone lines.

I've been getting calls from this company for awhile now. This is the first time the number came up though. When I ask to be placed on the do not call list they just **** up.

I recieved a call from 1-506-228-4569 for the past five days. So, today I pressed 1 and got the operator and asked who they were wanting to reduce my credit, and that I was on a do not call list. She ***g up.I looked up and found this. I plan to look into this furhter I am one annoyed attorney right now. So, I am going to look into this more until I found out who they are and what legal remedies are available.

Received a call on Mar 13 2009.  Phone number registered to Hector Theriault -one in Eel River Bar First Nation, New Brunswick - the other in Baie Sainte Anne, New Brunswick.  Strange thing is I have family in New Brunwick and ME w/same last name. When I returned the call to see if there was a link less than 2 hours from the caller ID recorded time, the phone number was DISCONNECTED. I have no bills to collect. Why do others think this caller is a debt collector?  Is this a temporary call-forward service that's active for a while, then when the work is done goes inactive/disconnected?

I also received a call from Theirault, Hector I have never heard of a bill collectore using a private phone.

I got a call, answered and no one answered back. Thought these kind'a calls were on the no call list. If not, they should be. If so I'll report them.
