This is a scam! They will say they are the IRS and need money. **** up ASAP!

The phone only rang a couple of times...not long enough for the answering system to kick in.  After this message field, there is a Caller Company field.  How would I know this if the call was not answered?  I was really curious  where a 507-858 call was coming from.  My caller ID said Winona, MN.  The call came in at 1:05 PM on Oct 28, 2010.  The field below Caller company is Call type.  One of the choices was SMS.  What does SMS mean?

Robert This is DTI Telecommunications.  They have great rates on phone service and really fast internet connections.  They called me and I was at first resistant, but after talking with them awhile I set up a time for a quote and they beat my price on my phone bill here at the office.  I signed up and so far the internet has been really fast and phone service is the same I guess but less money on my bill! YEAH!
