Voice message regarding new plans available. I am not a Comcast customer, therefore should not be receiving such calls.

This phone number has called me several times over the last 3+ years on no particular schedule. Nothing is ever said on the other end, but there is someone definitely there. The location of the call is coming from Oxford MA, of which I don't know anyone. Your service didn't help me at all, because you provided absolutely no information to me that wasn't public knowledge, i.e., the location of the call/ phone number.

I asked a few basic questions and they ***g up.

INSIDIOUS ROBOVoice claiming to be FROM EverSource (our electric provider) 'about your bill.' Gives a callback ph# & a 'Confirmation Code' to use & asks that you 'have your bill handy' when you call back. TOTAL SCAM; Very real-sounding & sophisticated "Switch Your Provider" SCAM that is likely to fool many because they pretend to be YOUR provider.
