We 15-20 calls per day!! Rings once or twice and goes dead. Try calling number it is ALWAYS busy! Check your phone bills! There are using our 800# so we are paying for the call! The worst thing is it is from a phone phone that we are getting charged 50 cents for a connection fee!! Verizon doesn't know what to do about this problem.

I was wondering if everyone else has Verizon as their company?  Do you all have toll free numbers? Verizon is blocking the entire state of MA so we will not get any calls from the whole state.  Not good for business, huh? The Public Utilities Commission was no help either.  Told us to c****e our 800#!
