Paula ***g up on me when I answered the phone. When I tried calling back the line was busy for about 10 mins and then when I did get through a recording stated the line is not in service..

We 15-20 calls per day!! Rings once or twice and goes dead. Try calling number it is ALWAYS busy! Check your phone bills! There are using our 800# so we are paying for the call! The worst thing is it is from a phone phone that we are getting charged 50 cents for a connection fee!! Verizon doesn't know what to do about this problem.
