Person texted me out of the blue. Not a friend not a contact and sent me ****? Like what?

Call constantly from a Republic WA number. Never leaves message. Called the number back and they answered and s****ed asking for me to confirm my bank account before I even spoke.

Said they have my lost dog. I ask where they found it, send me a pic. They didn't, they just want me to text a code back so I didn't.
