The caller claimed a package of drugs was being sent to me from Mexico through my other address in Texas (which I don't have). The caller stated an arrest warrant was being issued for me. I asked for a telephone number to return the call and he wouldn't give me one. He said he was calling from Texas although the number was a local eastern Washington state area code.

Asked to speak to the homeowner. I don't own a home so....

Dan Fake IRS calling to try to make you pay taxes with store gift cards such as Best Buy. Look on the real IRS website and they'll tell you that they always first send you official letters in the mail, not call you. The scammers have already made 23 million dollars off of victims they've called. Other phone numbers they've used to call me were 202-640-4253 and 509-209-8213.
