Scam claiming to be the IRS...Do people really send money based on a phone call!!!

I got a voice message from this number saying that IRS has filed a lawsuit a***nst me. I returned the call and I was passed from one "IRS agent" to another informing me that I owe $6,800, that I have to settle the amount right away or I will be arrested hand cuffed, I will lose my job, my property and everything that I have worked for. They further informed me that after the amount has been paid an agent will come to my house carrying a 64-page do***ent to explain about the mistake so that nothing of that sort will happen in the future. But one thing that gave it away: they did not want me to talk to anyone until the money transfer has been made! This part helped me to think that this could be a SCAM!

SCAM!!! They called me at 7:30 am this morning telling me the IRS is filing a Lawsuit a***nst me and I should call them to get more info on this case... Bunch of BS
