Foreign voice. They keep bothering me to sell my only home by using a series of related phone numbers.

Caller left a rude phone message on my parents answering ma****e causing my ***her to have heart attack. Would like to find out callers name so I can talk with them about paying for medical bills.

AG14 They called at 12:24PM and a***n at 1:***M. Caller ID registered as Starbuck, WA. The message was as follows "Get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 509-320-4199. I repeat 509-320-4199. Thank you." I did not return the call and have blocked the number as I know only one person in Washington and this wasn't them!

Pretends to be calling from IRS, saying IRS is filing a law suit a***nst you and advises to call this number.
