After placing a call at 4:10 pm from my car on my cell phone to a friend, it immediate rang after ****ing up and it was someone speaking in a foreign language.  A black Honda then passed me with the male driver turned towards me laughing up a storm.  At 6:20 p.m., my cell phone receives a call from 509-361-63604 number.  I didn't answer.  At 6:27 p.m., it rang a***n from the same number.  I didn't answer.  Is there equipment that can be used to record your cell phone number by someone in another car?
