Afternoon call received on voicemail. Female caller left the following voicemail: "Hi, uh, this message is for (household member first name), (household member's first/last name). This is Amber and I'm calling from the Department of Law & Investigation.... (pause) I'm calling you in regards to a very serious issue as we do have a case file in which you have been listed as a primary suspect. But unfortunately, due to your voice messaging system where I cannot relay any confidential information. So for the same, you need to reciprocate me an urgent callback [at the phone number listed above]. Thank you." Based upon the extended pause, the****umption is that the female was either reading a prepared message or was being prompted by a second party. The female did have an African continent-based accent (Kenya?, Nigeria?).
