Scammer trying to fool the weak or feeble into sending them money.

call message left that lawsuit has been filed a***nst me, no name to identify who the lawsuit is a***nst, just asked to call the number to learn more about the case file.

From IRS saying this was last notice to get a hold of us.

Same claim here...from the IRS and will sue so please call them back. SCAM!

I believe they are scammers claiming to be the IRS. I didn't answer the call but they left a message. They didn't ask for anyone by name in the message just that they were from the IRS and that they were going to sue if the money wasn't sent to them immediately.

This is a fraud call from foreigners who claim to be IRS agents that are going to sue or arrest the taxpayer if cash isn't wired immediately.
