Anonymous certainly a telemarketer or spam caller. I receive multiple calls daily (they go to voice mail). Now, they're calling at 6 a.m. I will report Zayo Bandwidth Northwest to the FCC.

They said my SSN# had been used regarding a car rental in my name that was found with blood inside the car and police were investigating. They wanted to know my****ets which is where I became su****ious. When I google SSN website and found questions regarding fraud and s****ed reading the questions to the caller, they ***g up.
