They say there is a file on you for old debt, and threaten legal and law enforcement action. If it's a message, they leave a call back number that is different from the one they called you on. Total scam. I called back one time, and it was a guy in Spokane who said he was an attorney. He was rude and insulting, and demanded I pay. There will be a sherrif at my door immediately. Full on scam.

Message said to call back because there was a fraudulent charge of $1199. I believe this is a scam.
