They say there is a file on you for old debt, and threaten legal and law enforcement action. If it's a message, they leave a call back number that is different from the one they called you on. Total scam. I called back one time, and it was a guy in Spokane who said he was an attorney. He was rude and insulting, and demanded I pay. There will be a sherrif at my door immediately. Full on scam.

I have received a phone call from this number a few times, they never leave a message. When call the number the message states that this is not a valid number. So my****umption is that it is a "s****ed" number.
