Why is your number constantly busy

I believe that they are hackers spammers scammers especially Liars because as soon as they called my phone I called them right back and ask them what they needed cuz their number I just called my phone and the lady kind of laughed and said, that she hadn't use her phone all day she's been sitting right here in a chair all day and have not used her phone well then a***n how did I get her number on my phone then if she didn't call me. It says their profession is S DN online and I'm not sure what that means sounds like hackers to me their number is 509-876-4374 thank you I hope you can put a stop to this going to appreciate it especially when they lie about just calling me.
