They call me atleast three times a day talking about legal action. Then he wishes me good luck and this fool is a trip!

I just received a call from a man with an East Indian accent. He asked for my attorney's name and phone number.  I gave it to him and had already notified my attorney that I had s****ed receiving these types of call.  This is crazy.  I never took out a loan or received a deposit into my bank account.I called the number 510-256-0379 and a Michael Carter answered. I asked him why he is scamming me and he asked for my name. I told him I would not give it to him, but he will be hearing from my attorney.

Got a call from 202-481-3310 and from what I see listed in this forum it is a skype gateway number from India because when you call it back it says not in service.  Anyway, this Indian guy calls and asks for me.  When I get on the phone, he asks me if I have a lawyer.  I'm like for what?  He says that there is a legal case a***nst me.  I s****ed to laugh and he says does your social end in "****"?  I said nope and he sounded shocked and then says "are you sure"?  So then I s****ed to pressure him into to telling me who he was, where he was calling from all he said was "I can't give you any additional information".  He says that I have to call 510-256-0379.  So I first dialed *67 to mark my number as private when I called the number.  It never answers...always rings busy.  A definite scam.
