I recently received this new number. I keep getting texts from a man who is angry with the previous owner of my number. I have talked to this man on the phone and told him this number is new and he tells me that he cannot delete my number from his phone and that he's sorry and will stop. Since that talk, he has continued to text. I told him if he kept it up, i would file a complaint!
