Colleen Guenza Caller said they're from PG&E and will give me a senior citizen discount. They didn't ask for financial or personal info. Said they will send a letter in the mail. They had me answer yes and no to questions like you live in (city) or say your name. Seems strange but don't know how this scam would work.

MarkFremont Leaves no message, does not play a recording. When I return the call I get the phone service error "you have reached a number that is no longer in service."
