Computer voice stated that they were Amazon stating my credit card was being charged $1,199.00 for an IPhone 11. It gave me the option to **** up if I confirm the order or select 1 to be connected to an Amazon representative. The man came on and asked me how he could help me. I told him that his computer called me. I asked him for his name and he ***g up.

I have never had a student loan and they called saying they were trying to set up payment arrangements for my past due student loan
