I have the text conversation with this individual, who probably used the same thing on Instagram... what he does is find an Instagram friend, make an account with the same name and uses a couple of pics, and tells you about a government bailout program. I should have known better by the time I bought them that it was fake... I am so mad at myself. His name was Marvin Ellison. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
This is a scam number and I received several texted from this number. The scammer used the name Ellison. He sounded like he is an African . He tried to get money sent to Nigeria.
