Doesn't leave a message at all it just keeps calling over and over!

This number called my phone and was automatically blocked by my scam blocker.

Anonymous This person is using my name but not identifying themselves so must be spam.

Asked for a specific person by first name and requested a callback. Would not say what it was regarding or the company name. Polite but uninformative.

I called the number back. Joel answered, “ this is Joel, your electric consultant. I asked why he ***g up on me and then he ***g up a***n. When I called a***n, he would not answer.
