Same here, I was called and no one responded when I picked up.. Garbage

This number called my work phone. When I answered no one said anything and eventually the phone ***g up. When I attempted to call this number back, the recording said I needed to dial a "1" or "0" plus the area code when calling this number. When I did this my call could not be completed as dialed. This is probably a scam attempting to be committed.
