I also just received a call from this number.  Could not pick up because I am at work but they did not leave a message.  When I called the number back, it rang several times and then what could be answering ma****e clicked on - all I heard was static for a few seconds and then a very loud beeping.  I stayed on the line to see if anything would happen but the beeping continued for over a minute.   I cannot find anything from sear****g this number about who it belongs to.
